All orders are immediately processed upon notification. Normal carrier deliver is Monday-Friday, Saturday deliver is available for a fee for customers that want it. If for any reason you need to make a change to an order contacting us immediately will resolve any unnecessary issues in the delivery process. Orders can be modified if, and in some instances, you contact us before the tracking from carrier says picked up.
All package(s) leaving the warehouse with the carrier is pretty much out of our control, as the carriers are a company of their own. We do work with you, the customer to make every shopping, and shipping experience a pleasant one, which is why we give you the option to select your carrier of preference. Dietary H™ gives you control over your delivery experience to the best of our assistance, so if you ever are experiencing problems with a carrier let us know as we're firm on our carriers. In some cases where weather, for example is an issue that could be out of our control, we still work hard to make sure you receive your package promptly via other routes.
Dietary H™ requires photos of the delivered package(s) BEFORE opening it if it looks damaged and/or unacceptable to you. Dietary H™ requires you to contact us if any of these mentioned facts relates to you immediately, as we then will prompt you to video the opening of your arrived order before we can make a sound decision on how to proceed. FAILURE to comply will leave you, the customer responsible for all and any orders that are non-usable to you. Dietary H™ is not liable for your un-cooperative action(s).
